In Ms. Lynch’s 30-year career in education she has had the opportunity to work as a teacher, instructional coach, administrator, trainer, and educational consultant. With extensive experience in high poverty schools, she has honed a passion for working with students and families of all ages and needs—particularly concerning areas of language, literacy, and English Learners. She currently supports districts and sites throughout Solano County providing technical assistance for LCFF and LCAP development and local efforts to support improving student outcomes. She also provides customized professional development for teachers, coaches, and administrators on designing and implementing a targeted systematic approach for improving student achievement.
